Our static website does not include an account system or a server-side contact form. The inquiry helper on the Contact page opens your own email application. Any message you send is handled by your email provider and our receiving email provider.

Our website may be served by a hosting provider that processes standard technical access logs. Third-party fonts are requested from Google Fonts. We do not intentionally collect patient data through this site; please do not email protected health information through the general business inbox.
